Working at Centerpoint
Lori handles client operations, communications, and services. As Supervisor of Client Operations, she brings organization to a sometimes chaotic world which is both challenging and rewarding. Her daily tasks include the opening and closing of many loops for client account projects and workflow management, which includes the opening and consolidation of client accounts. She is always available to speak with clients, particularly regarding account status, money movements, procedural guidance, and of course at any other time she may be of assistance.
Outside the office
Outside of the workplace Lori is an avid runner. She regularly runs half-marathons, and trains year-round to enjoy them from early spring through late fall. In 2015 she trained to run a full marathon in Ireland with an elite running group and had great fun experiencing the Irish culture. During the winter months, when it is too chilly to run, Lori is happy to have the local buzz of her favorite team, the New England Patriots, to occupy her time. She is such a fan that she can fit team stats into any conversation and even has pets named in honor of her favorite quarterback.
